Moulin Saint Jacques, quiet cottage with pool

The Sans Souci cottage is an independent accommodation in a 6-hectare property that also includes the owners' accommodation and an unusual accommodation (trailer), surrounded by meadows, on the banks of the Armançon. Completely renovated and furnished in 2020, we offer a comfortable accommodation for 6 people with a private swimming pool (from May to September), located in Côte d'Or, in a welcoming, green, sunny region rich in gastronomy and tourist sites. The space On the ground floor, a dining room with Burgundy stone floor, a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas hob and microwave, a bedroom with 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, a living room, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a toilet. Central heating (pellet boiler) from October to April. The property is supplied with water by a well, we provide you with bottles of water. Outside a 5 m X 10 m swimming pool, strictly reserved for tenants (the owners reserve the right to use it during your outings), with terrace and pool house + a small garden. The whole property is fully fenced and on the river bank. The pool is accessible from May to September, heated by a pipe system on the roof of the pool house and maintained at temperature by a shelter. The fence and shelter (which locks) make it perfectly safe for children. In July and August, no pool access on Saturday mornings. Guest access Your accommodation is independent, and includes a small private garden area with the pool. The rest of the property (large garden area, bowling alley...) is shared with the owners and possible tenants of the trailer Other things to note Linens are provided, beds will be made upon arrival. Towels are provided, remember to bring your towels for the pool if necessary. Kitchen towels are provided. There will be basic products on arrival (coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, dishwashing and dishwasher products, laundry, toilet paper...). Sometimes in small quantities, just to allow you to start your stay with peace of mind We are located in a quiet area, 800 meters from the village. There is a bakery open every day except Monday 2 km away and all shops 10/12 km away in Semur en Auxois (medieval city) and Montbard (city of Buffon).
