Central location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Large double room,in the home where I live with my dog Mabel. Guests have use of the kitchen. however not the washing machine sorry, the living room and conservatory is not for guests use . Bathroom has a bath and a shower. it is upstairs. Guests must be OK with dogs. The house is close to the river, the canal, the city centre and Eden Court Theatre. It is a very quiet and central location. There is free parking on the road outside the house. The space House is 15 min walk to city centre, 5 min walk to the Caledonian canal, 10 min walk to Eden Court and the River. Lovely bakery 10 min walk. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential area. The room is a clean large double. Please do not book if you have any issues with dogs. My darling Ruby passed away in July. I have now welcomed little Mabel into my home 🏡. Guest access guests have use of kitchen and bathroom and their room only During your stay Guests will be provided with my telephone number if they need me. I am back working in the office. Other things to note Guests can have use of the kitchen but not the washine machine. The lounge and conservatory isn't not for guests, sorry. The bedroom is downstairs, and the bathroom is upstairs. Sorry no showers after 10pm as my bedroom is upstairs.
