A splendid nineteenth-century villa situated just outside the famous city of Sorrento (approx. 1 mile and a half), Villa Maria stands on a rocky shore sheer to the sea, with a very beautiful view over Napoli’s gulf and Vesuvio. You will find the closest beach at 200 mt. (approximately 650 feet). Nearby the villa there are restaurants and public transportation, so you will not need a car to stay. The space The building is on two floors served by winter gas heating and WI-Fi Internet access: the ground-floor is accessible from the garden and has a large living-room with television, a dining-room, inhabitable kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, a laundry, a bathroom with shower and a garage for one car. The first floor, also reachable with an elevator, has four bed-rooms (three double rooms and one with two single beds) each with its access on a balcony; two bath-rooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), an inhabitable laundry and a large passage coming out on a terrace with a wonderful view. On the top there is a very large terrace from which guests may enjoy a 360° panoramic view. Other things to note €500 security deposit, as a deposit upon arrival in cash.
