The space THE AVENUE The house has a large open plan downstairs area incorporating family lounge room, kitchen, dining and additional lounge space and office. A powder room/toilet also features on the ground floor. Upstairs has three large bedrooms and a forth bedroom/study is downstairs. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with accessible shower (no step) and generous built in wardrobes. There's also a single sofa bed that is suitable for a child.
