Early 1900s house located in the historic center of Spoltore, 7 km from the airport and 5 km from Pescara, the largest seaside town in Abruzzo. The house has 4 large double bedrooms with private bathroom and 1 single, all with spectacular views and air conditioning. There is an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, a living room with a fireplace, TV, and Wi-Fi. The heart of the house is the panoramic terrace overlooking Maiella, where you can eat and spend time in absolute relaxation. A large barbecue is provided. The space The strengths of the house are the spaciousness and independence of the spaces, the silence and the spectacular views. The terrace (60 sqm) is the heart of the house and overlooks the rooftops of the village and the Maiella massif that dominates the view. Two rooms overlook the terrace (view of Maiella), the others have private balconies overlooking the beautiful Piazza D'Albenzio (recently renovated). Guest access Access from Piazza D'Albenzio Other things to note From the historic center of Spoltore, there are paths and roads with little car traffic that allow you to take beautiful walks, of varying length and difficulty, and enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the Spoltore countryside. For cyclists, there are fantastic routes for both mountain biking and road biking. E-bike rentals are also available. In 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful and well-equipped beach of Pescara, in 20 minutes some of the most picturesque seaside resorts on the coast such as the very special "Trabocchi coast" where there is a picturesque 40 km bike path that winds along the sea, or Cerrano beach, a Marine Protected Area, with the cool pine forest behind the large dune beach. Our nearest mountain is La Maiella, 30/40 minutes away and offers very scenic views and walks. Abruzzo has many Nature Reserves and National Parks rich in biodiversity. A must-visit.
