Many historical elements have been incorporated into the new interior and give all apartments a modern and cozy atmosphere. Guest access 4 ½ room duplex apartment for 4-6 people, 110.00 m². 1st floor: 2 double rooms with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), TV, WiFi. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 sinks, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer. 1 sitting area with sofa, work area and access to the loggia. 2nd floor: open living area with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi. Historic masonry behind glass. Dining area with dining table for max. 8 people. Open kitchen area with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, etc. All living rooms with oiled organic oak parquet and underfloor heating, smoke detectors are installed. Other things to note To get to your apartment, use the main entrance, which is located at Hindenburgstrasse 16. This is located in the pedestrian area. Parking is available in the adjacent cross street in the immediate vicinity. PLEASE NOTE: We charge a final cleaning fee. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon departure.
