You will have access to a double bedroom, kitchen, hall and bathroom. The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom. It is furnished with IKEA double bed, one bedside table with reading lamp, mirrored wardrobe with shelves and hangers, small computer desk with chair, cushioned chair, floor light. There are blackout curtains on the windows. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, electric stove and oven, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans The bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet as well as shelves for your toiletries. We are happy to provide baby bath or shower seat on request. Reserved parking place and plenty of on street parking places in front of the building available. The apartment is located in a small block of flats in a residential area of Newbury. It's 10 mins walk to the main railway station and 15 mins to the High Street. There is big green area just outside the flat perfect for picnics, walks or exercise It is a clean, quiet and private place. The apartment is convenient for people who are coming here for business or to relax and also for families with one baby or toddler. Please don't expect anything modern or high tech. It's a modest but cosy and conveniently located place and hopefully you will have here all you need.
