Ios is a newly renovated on April of 2025 apartment, located just off a quiet road in the center of Faliraki town. The beautiful sandy beach is at 30 m from the apartment. 8€ per night of tourist tax is required when booking accommodation in Greece it can be collected upon arrival. The apartment is inspired by neo Cycladic architecture which gives you a feeling of being in a Myconian traditional home. The apartment space The apartment is 55 m² situated on the ground floor of a 2 level buidling. There is a living room with a one single sofa bed and a large open kitchen with mini fridge, kitchen facilities ,espresso machine, toaster, kettle and small oven. (A couple of espresso capsules are provided on every check in) All the furniture in the apartment are brand new In addition there is a high bar table with 2 stools, TV and Airconditioning. Other appliances, iron and hairdryer. There is a double bedroom with a comfortable bed, included towels and bed linen. A bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom . Other things to note The apartment has very easy commute since it’s only one minute walk from the main bus stop and taxi station going to Rhodes center! The bus goes every 20 minutes and almost drops you off at the doorstep! The nearest sandy beach which you can almost see by the window, water sports and beach bars are everywhere!
