The vineyard is actively managed and not appropriate for roaming as is leased to s third party. Other things to note Lismore can only be booked for accommodation purposes via this booking platform. No events can be held at Lismore i.e. no more than the booked number of guests + 2 day guests may enter the property or the surrounding area (Max 14). You will be required to pay a damage deposit of $750 and signify your acceptance of our terms of accommodation with an electronic signature. Terms & Conditions No events (e.g. weddings, parties, gatherings) can be held whereby more than 12 persons enter the property or its surrounding areas. All clients requesting to book are required to signify their acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this document and pay a $750 refundable damage deposit within 7 days of making their booking VENUE RENTAL DESCRIPTION: Lismore House and immediate surrounding area for accommodation purposes only for up to 12 guests. TERMS AND CONDITIONS I understand that I am responsible to ensure all people entering Lismore acknowledge the Health & safety form. BOOKINGS Final Confirmation of the booking is upon receipt of the damage deposit & signed agreement of the terms contained in this document. CONDITIONS The maximum number allowed in the house or surroundings of Lismore is 12 people + 2 day guests. Children are welcome at Lismore, however, it is the CLIENT’s responsibility to see that they are supervised especially around the natural unfenced pond, swimming pool and spa. The accessible area for guests is the house and its immediate surroundings (White gated area approximately 20M from the house) The vineyard itself is leased to a third party and is not part of the immediate surroundings. It is strongly advised that you obtain appropriate liability and General Holiday Insurance cover. For Health and Safety reasons, Lismore has a NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Smoking is allowed outside only and the ashtrays provided must be used. Please keep in mind that nicotine is toxic to plants and cigarettes extinguished in flowerbeds and pots can kill the plants We regret NO PETS allowed in the property unless they are a registered guide dog. The swimming pool is seasonal and is available from Labor Day until Easter Sunday (this period may change if the temperature is unseasonably cold). Do not touch any of the swimming pool settings. In the event the spa or swimming pool is not operational during the above dates then you will be compensated $20 per 24-hour period. The Owners or property manager reserves the Right to Reasonable Access during your stay, with prior notice whenever possible. Lismore is a working vineyard and the grounds of Lismore are always accessible to Lismore’s contractors and agents. To report any damage or loss to the owner or Housekeeper ASAP, do not attempt to carry out any repairs yourself, electrical or otherwise. Accessibility – due to the exterior stone steps leading up to the property entrance, it would be deemed unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties to access this property. No camping or camper vans are allowed at Lismore. The maximum number of people who can remain overnight at Lismore House & Vineyard overnight is 12 people.
