Recent upgrades. The space This is a downstairs one bedroom 700 sf on a beautiful five acres. There is another chalet style upstairs apt rented fulltime no children. Large beautiful home across parking area also rented. Patio overlooking valley. Large fully equipped kitchen, small living room area with 55" flatscreen with Wi-Fi. Unique design makes it feel much bigger and homey. Guest access You will have access to two parking spaces and full use of lower apt., patio area and walking on full property. USE ONLY DEADBOLT LOCK AS THAT IS THE KEY YOU WILL RECEIVE. Other things to note I am always available by phone with lots of recreational tips. Chamber of commerce is also just a little over a mile away. I do allow dog pets on occasion, but they must be leashed outside and not left unattended in apartment. I also charge additional $25 cleaning fee. you will still be responsible for any damage caused to furniture, blinds, bedding, etc. Being a dog owner myself I know these things happen!!
