Our home is an extensively renovated, spacious and comfortable home, in the middle of the Test Valley. A large enclosed garden lies at the rear of the house. Broughton is a picturesque village, with an amazing gastro pub five minutes walk away, as well as the convenience of a very well stocked village shop/post office. The Clarendon Way and the Test Way are two of the renowned walks on our doorstep. The space Every room in our house has high ceilings and large windows, letting the light flood in. There are numerous different places to escape to, both inside and out. - The open plan kitchen has a large table to eat at, bar stools at the kitchen island, and a sofa to relax on. The French doors lead you directly onto the large patio which is another great entertaining space. - The impressive drawing room is a peaceful and relaxing place to be, with the open fire in the winter months but also lovely to open this room up with the bi-fold doors in the warmer months. - A TV/Playroom is full of toys and books. The wood burner makes this a very toasty room on the coldest days of the winter. - A boot room / laundry room and downstairs loo completes the downstairs.
