Rental unit in Lingèvres

Our gite, a new extension of our family home, is a 40 m2 apartment, single story, independent, with closed parking, wifi, television, underfloor heating, installed kitchen (refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and linen... Well insulated by roller shutters, double glazing and underfloor heating. In order to preserve the privacy of guests, a roller shutter separates the gîte from the main house. The space This gîte is located on a 7000 m2 estate, in a lush park with beautiful tree beds, two greenhouses, permaculture bins, an orchard... At the bottom of the park, the furthest from the living quarters, we raise 5 dwarf sheep called OUESSANT and 25 chickens. Since the opening of the rental extension, we have found the well of the property that we had masonry work done on. It is in front of the entrance of the cottage.
