Adorable Suite in VT Schoolhouse, Close to Stowe!

This is a newly renovated space in our historic 1895 Vermont Schoolhouse. We live in the home, but your space is completely private with its own private entrance and deck! 10 short minutes from Stowe, this is the perfect location for a Vermont getaway. Space includes one queen bed in a sleeping loft, and a pull out couch in the main living area. Large shower, kitchenette, private porch and beautiful country setting! (Expand the location description to see how far we are from popular spots) The space Walk in the space to find a small tiled entrance which opens to a funcional living area. Sectional couch, TV, and kitchenette all make up your main space. The couch pulls out into a comfy bed. TV swivels to be flat against the wall, or angled toward the couch. The kitchenette has a farmhouse sink, Keurig (coffee essentials included - coffee k-cups for your first morning, sugar and cream), mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, wine/water glasses, and mugs. (PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow any additional outside appliances. No exceptions. If you are planning to save money by cooking in - this isn't the rental for you.) A cozy sleeping loft with queen bed (accessed by steep stairs) is directly above that looks out to our tree lined, private yard. The headspace in the loft is 6ft at the peak. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and heated floors. Outside is a private, partially covered porch just for your use. Guest access You have access to your designated parking space, private porch and your own apartment. The rest of our home and yard is private. Other things to note The sleeping loft has steep stairs, but are comfortable and solid with hand rails on both sides the whole way up. Please note, if you aren't comfortable with steep stairs, you may be more comfortable sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Please also note that when the sofa is pulled out, it takes up much of the living space.
