The space A beautifully appointed country homestead, it is immaculately presented for your enjoyment, including a games room for a round of pool or darts. A wood burner is included for that special country atmosphere or for ease of use a heat pump is available. A wide diversity of shops and restaurants can be found in Ashburton and the ski resort town of Methven is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Enjoy spectacular views of Mt Hutt and Mt Somers. The homestead is located on a working farm and is secure and safe from all working operations. A fish pond is part of the outdoors and small children will require supervision. Guest access Guests can enjoy full use of the house except for the garages. The house is very spacious with generous sized bedrooms and large open living areas Other things to note When booking please be honest with the number of guests staying including children. Because family use the homestead regularly long term stays are not encouraged but sometimes when family are for going to be away this may not be a problem.
