Penguin Seaside Homestay - 180 degree ocean views

Five minutes walk to Penguin beach, cafes, restaurant and hotel. Your room has an ocean view, flat screen Smart TV with free wi-fi for accessing Netflix, iView etc. Your queen size bed has an electric blanket and your room has its own heater for cooler nights. Private bathroom (but not an ensuite - see photo of floor plan). Continental breakfast included. Free off-street parking. Natural attractions - Cradle Mountain, Stanley, bush walks. We have a Border Collie dog so a pet may be welcome. The space Our home is set on 2 acres of hillside land, with 180 degree views overlooking the town of Penguin and Bass Strait. It is 5 minutes walk to beach, shopping, cafes, restaurants and hotels. You can park your car right outside of your bedroom window, so you will know it is safe and secure. Guest access You will share access to all living areas outside of your bedroom. This includes the lounge, kitchen, laundry, garden and balcony. There is 1 bedroom available for rent so these spaces are only shared with the owners. We have a second smaller bedroom with a king-single bed that you can request for an additional guest for an extra $30. Breakfast (self serve) consists of plunger coffee, tea, cereal, toast and home made jams. During your stay Wayne and I will be available to assist you in your travel plans, with ideas, information and directions.
