Our home is located on the Black Sea coast in a gated community. The beach is located 5 min from the house. The house has a garage for 1 car also has a free parking lot near the house. A house with heating and heated floors for a comfortable stay during the cool season . There is a sauna inside the house. There is a small but cozy yard , where you can sit and cook a barbecue.
