Oberhundem is a village of over 700 years old with lovingly preserved half-timbered houses and is idyllically located in the upper Hundemtal. In about a 10-minute walk to the feeder of the Rothaarsteig, the apartment is located on a southern slope that captures each ray of sunshine. On the 50 sqm terrace you can not only relax in the sun, but also enjoy the last rays of the sunset. Our apartment is 60 square meters and can accommodate max. 4 people. The space The apartment has a separate entrance with a small hallway. It is very cozyly furnished and has a bedroom with double bed (2m x 2m), bathroom with shower and bathtub and hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, kitchen towels incl.) can easily be used by 4 people. Not only for cooking, but also for relaxing. And the seating on the terrace is just a step away. Even from the living room with comfortable sofa bed (size 140 x 200) you have direct access to the terrace, so that nothing stands in the way of outdoor living (barbecue, electric grill available) in good weather. A storage facility for motorbikes/bikes is available, as is a washing machine and drying facility. Fast Wifi guest access. Important note: Since the apartment is located in a spa area, a small spa fee of 0.80 euros will be charged per day and person over 16 years. For this, there is a guest card with some discounts on site.
