This home (#141214) is located in walking distance to Capitola Village ( 8 min walk) which has a fab beach and a large selection restaurants and shops. Pleasure Point is also close to 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary, Privates beach, Verve Coffee, Bike Paths and restaurants. The host are available for any questions or issues. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected. The space This home (#141214) is a comfortable and tasteful design. The front bedroom has a King bed, hardwood floors, and mirrored closet doors ( &TV). It opens through French doors to a garden area with Teak dining table. All beds have quality linens. Original art from local artists, 3 couches with slip covers ( one has hide a bed) & ottoman in living room , Velvet curtains, comfortable linens, pillows, quality comfortable mattresses, hardwood flooring, Oriental rugs , Flokati rugs on back of couches , carved/etched glass door to bathroom, etched side lights in front bedroom, (both by Heather Glass a local world class glass Artist) concrete kitchen counter tops, new blinds, Thermador stove/oven, Wine Cooler/refrigerator, barbeque, front yard area with table and chairs, hot tub (maintained by a water specialist), gardens surround house, fencing to keep your dogs safe. ****The home is kept spotless and has upgraded cleaning concerning Covid. There will be a sterile keypad on front door with a code for your convenience and safety. You can text or call me for any help you might require while visiting (for less contact) The home will be sterilized by an Ozinator and then aired out. I will have Pump Shampoo/Conditioner in showers. All surfaces are washed and disinfected thoroughly. Guest access There is a large selection of kitchen ware, (All Clad, Le Creuset, Calphalon and Copper etc) pans, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, coffee maker, & espresso machine, coffee grinder, toaster, ice cream maker, blender. Condiments; spices, ketchup, mustard, salt&pepper, Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, sugar. Other things to note I have taken extra precaution with cleaning in regard to Covid 19. And want to assure guests I work hard to offer a clean and safe environment to stay in.
