Coachman's Bothy - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking. The space It is a converted loft (there are stairs) in a listed farm building. It is on a private estate and has direct beach access and amazing view of the sea. The main bedroom has a super king size double bed which can also be set-up as two singles. A further single bed can be set-up in this larger bedroom so that it sleeps three people in total. The second bedroom has a super king size double bed which can also be set-up as two singles. We provide luxury quality towels and bed linen for use during your stay. We will also supply some seperate beach towels which we don't mind going in the sand and salt water. Guest access A 2 bedroom loft (there are stairs) and the surrounding countryside and of course, the sea and beach. All in a private estate. Other things to note The Bothy (there are stairs) is perfect for 2 to 4 people and can sleep 5. Both bedrooms can be full super king double beds, or twins. One bedroom can have a third bed, so it can be three single beds or a double and a single. The Bothy has a paved area with rustic seating and table at the top of the lane leading down to the shore.
