Our home has been in our family for over fifty years, we now welcome you to experience the adventure of Llanberis for yourselves. Step inside and discover the comforts of our well-equipped retreat. With 3 cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms which has been recently renovated, a log burner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious back garden featuring a picnic bench, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway - which can sleep up to 6 people. Plus, we offer the convenience of Hive smart heating and an Amazon Alexa (which can be turned off if desired). As you settle in, connect to our high-speed BT Fibre1 Broadband WiFi (with speeds up to 50 Mbps), ensuring you can stay connected and share your wonderful experiences with friends and family. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker / oven, air fryer microwave, coffee machines (x3!), fridge/freezer, making it easy for you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals together. We've taken care of the details, providing body towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience. The Lakeside room offers a double bed with scenic Mountain Views and a fire stick television. The Lions room features a comfortable single bed with a pull-out bed underneath. For a unique experience, the Quarry room boasts a bunk bed and double bed, with a breathtaking view of the Dinorwig Slate Quarry a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We have two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a walk in shower and one on the 1st floor with a bath. ** Please note, the second shower is located on the 2nd floor, which is accessed via steep stairs and the second toilet is in a separate room to the bath. ** Relax and unwind in our welcoming living and dining area, complete with 55 inch 4K TV offering access to popular streaming services like Netflix*; or take advantage of the board games and DVD collection, providing hours of entertainment for both young and young-at-heart. After a day of adventure, gather around our large dining table for shared meals and quality time. We also have a washing machine, and a dishwasher for added convenience. Step outside to our spacious back garden, where you can soak up the fresh air and enjoy moments of tranquillity on the picnic bench. Please be mindful of the steep steps leading to the backyard patio and during the winter months the garden furniture is packed away. (£20) • Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is by 10am. • For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no smoking or e-cigarettes policy indoors and outdoors. • We regret that children under the age of 2 years old are not permitted. • Free road parking is available opposite the house and in nearby side streets (Note this can get busy in peak periods). • We also have a eufy doorbell and backyard camera for security. • The bunk bed is for children only, the bunk beds will not have duvet or pillows. If children want to use bedding from the Lions room can be taken up by guests. • There are two cupboards on the top floor which are locked for our storage. • Guests will need their own Amazon log in to access Netflix, Disney, Prime Video We can't wait to welcome you to 'Llys Arthur' and provide you with a wonderful stay in Llanberis. Other things to note Please note this is a 3-storey house and the stairs to the top floor are quite narrow and steep so please do take extra care, however, the views from up there are stunning.
