Kozy apartment with free parking and WiFi

New family friendly apartment, with one parking space free of charge , containing everything you need for a perfect stay. Have a look at the pictures, they talk for themselves. The apartment is near center of Bergen. It's only about 15 min walk, you can go in by public transport or you can rent an electric scooter. The bus stop is just outside the apartment. Recreation area and park by the sea only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is on ground floor. No stairs. High speed WiFi included. The space I have a high focus on cleaning. The apartment is disinfected with ozone (naturally created with UV light, alcohol and chlorine between each stay. (So better than Airbnb's guidelines). Bedding and towels are included in the price. It can also be mentioned that there are dispensers with hand soap in the bathroom/kitchen as well as dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower. Dishwasher detergent is under the sink. The TV is something in itself. It is perfect for movie nights or if you just want to stream audio to it. It is 4K UHD with rich and good sound. If you want to watch in mobile mode, the screen can be rotated 180 degrees from the remote control. It is vacuumed with a central vacuum cleaner that removes impurities and does not swirl up, as it does with a regular vacuum cleaner. There is a large fenced terrace just outside the main door with seating under cover, a large Weber grill and Espegard fire pan attached apartments. The apartment has a balanced ventilation system with fresh filtered air into each room. Cooling system centrally located for use on hot summer days. The apartment has a fire alarm system connected to the fire station for a safe stay. Possibility of early bag drop. High-speed fiber internet. Good sun conditions in the morning/afternoon and evening. I must also mention that there is a large hot water tank connected to the apartment. Guest access All rooms are available. Other things to note There is a grocery store about 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment and a shopping center (Laksevåg Senter) about 7-10 minutes walk away. The shopping center has restaurants, shops (and Vinmonopol) for most things you might need. Regarding parking: Description for permanent parking (as well as information about charging electric cars) comes with the check-in information that you receive before arrival. If you come with several cars, the streets around the house always have something free. There you have to use the app "P i Bergen" to pay. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the apartment in the direction of the city center. Line 6 goes to and from the city center. The bus stop is called Damsgård Hovedgård. You can pay on board the bus.
