The space Welcome to the Lone Loon Lake House on Beech Hill Pond! This waterfront property is a 3 story , 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath year round residence with an automatic generator and beautiful Hamilton wood stove. A full bath and two large bedrooms are upstairs. One sleeps five and the other has a TV and a large Chalet window overlooking the lake! Both rooms have air conditioners. The middle floor has a large full bathroom, a guest bedroom with air conditioner, the kitchen and living room with TV. The upper deck just off the kitchen has two bar shelves , 5 bar stools and 4 Adirondack chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning! The basement has a half bath, which is where the life vests are located, a 60 inch surround sound TV and walk out porch to the lake. The house has FAST Rivah Net Fiber Optic Wi Fi. All TVs are Smart and have access to several streaming and movie channels. Off the basement, the back porch has a Weber grill , a Swedish Sauna set up on a timer and two large picnic tables. A firepit sits on top of a row of boulders at the waters edge just to the right of the dock. Kayaks and Stand Up Boards are available from a neighbor who rents them at very reasonable rates. He delivers them right to the front door! Young families will enjoy the 120 feet of gently sloping beach area perfect for little ones! At the end of the 70 foot dock, an umbrella and chairs are set up. Its the perfect spot to watch the sea planes, boats and fishermen pass by! The house is 45 minutes from Bar Harbor and just 10 minutes from local Blueberry Barrens and the world famous Otis General Store ! Try the amazing pizza or steak bombs!
