Guest access Full access to the kitchen but I ask that you clean after yourself. Wash, dry and put away any dishes you use. You can also have access to the washer/dryer during your stay. Other things to note If you are booking a long term stay my cleaning lady or I will stop by every month to check on the condition of my home. If conditions of home are but favorable additional cleaning fees will be added. Utilities are included but if usage is more than the average that will be paid by the guest. There will be an additional charge minimum of $800 if guest(s) smoke in the property in addition to any expenses incurred to clean and remove smoke smell and reservation will be immediately cancelled if still active.
