The property itself is 4 acres and is fenced from the river making it secure for children, whilst the studio is also enclosed with fencing with a comfortable, private outdoor area. Fully fitted out, and newly renovated studio set-up. Nearby to Gnomesville and beautiful wineries with walking and bike tracks. Bunbury is 20 minutes away. The space The newly renovated cottage, sits on our farm property. With beautiful gardens all around, a running river in winter and amazing wild birds. There is space for a couple or a family with young children, with a queen bed in the main studio area and a double bed in a separate room (accessed from within the studio).
