'Wisteria' as it is affectionately known, is our beautifully renovated, professionally cleaned, 4 bedroom cottage styled to give you all the elegance of modern Hamptons living. Boasting a/c throughout, luxurious touches, open & inviting dining & cooking spaces, outdoor deck area, designer bathrooms, relax and sleep in comfort with hotel quality bed linen throughout. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 people we offer a premium accommodation experience for our guests. The space Our beautifully appointed cottage (only 70m from the front gates of Gabbinbar ) has all the features to make it a luxurious home away from home - you’ll even be greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. Newly renovated throughout with reverse cycle air-conditioning and gas fireplace in the main living, and reverse cycle a/c in each bedroom, gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen designed for entertaining featuring marble benchtops and ILVE stove (we also include little extras such as Nespresso coffee and T2 English Breakfast tea) A covered outdoor area flows on from the main living with an outdoor dining setting, bar stools, and bench seating (please note, as per the Airbnb Party and Events policy, we do not allow large gatherings or parties, and there is a no-noise policy after before 7 am and after 10 pm) Each of the spacious bedrooms has been lovingly styled and includes a SmartTV with a Queen bed fitted with hotel quality and commercially cleaned linen (Guests are welcome to stream their own Netflix accounts). Our family-sized Hamptons-styled bathroom features a bath and large shower with custom vanity and marble accents. The master bedroom has built-in cupboards with a separate dressing room retreat that joins our stunning ensuite. Our spacious fourth bedroom doubles as an extra lounging area with a Queen bed but also a day bed which transforms into two additional singles (perfect for families). Also included is a full laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes steamer and additional toilet. For our guests staying with young children, we provide a porta cot and high chair for you (you will just need to supply your linen/blankets for the porta cot). We welcome pets to stay in our large, fully fenced yard but request that they are to stay outside during their stay. We do not allow pets inside the cottage. Our property is equipped with an Airbnb-approved Roomonitor noise-level monitoring system. This system measures decibel levels only. It does not record sound. If noise levels are excessive, you will be contacted with a friendly reminder to be respectful of our neighbours and the local community. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home and yard except for half of the left-hand side driveway (the gate has been locked to avoid noise disturbance to our valued neighbours) and the Double Garage which will be locked for the duration of the stay. Guests are welcome to park in front of the gate, on the grass at the front of the property or preferably in the spacious yard on the right-hand side of the house. Other things to note We wish for your stay to be an enjoyable experience for both you and your guests, but we request when entering and leaving our home that you be respectful of our neighbours. We live in a residential area and value the relationships we have with the families in our community. We have a strictly NO EVENTS or PARTY policy We also have a strictly NO NOISE and music after 10 pm policy (this includes the covered deck area). Our home is fitted with an Airbnb-recommended noise monitoring system (room monitor) in the living room and on the deck area (does not record sounds just measures decibel levels), before 7 am and after 10 pm if sustained noise levels are recorded you will receive an automated phone call as a reminder. If this continues we will contact you personally regarding the noise levels. Please be aware of where you PARK extra cars and the NOISE of car so as not to disturb the neighborhood. If you are staying for a wedding and are being collected for your wedding with a custom car or supercar please be aware of the noise levels of these cars and we request that there is no revving of engines or use of the horn at or around our property.
