Modern family home in the heart of the South Hams. Guests have access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a decked rear garden with BBQ and seating area. The house offers you a great base for exploring South Devon. Located in the quiet village of Harbertonford we are 5 minutes from the market town of Totnes and the River Dart and only 25-40 minutes to some of Devon's most beautiful beaches including Blackpool Sands, Bantham, Torcross, Thurlestone and South Milton. The space Along with 3 bedrooms the house has a large open plan dining/kitchen area and snug living room perfect for a family to enjoy their evenings. There are also an abundance of kids toys and books for guests to enjoy. Also guests can enjoy access to Netflix, NowTv and Fibre Broadband. Parking is limited in our village, but we are lucky enough to have parking next to our garage, you can get two cars in the space but its advised that guests only bring one car for ease. This is our family home, so the space is lived in and there will be personal items in the house during your stay, so those expecting a stark holiday home need not request, however if you are looking for a home from home then our house is perfect for you.
