Guest access The upper unit is a self-contained apartment, which you enter by traveling up stairs on the right(east) side of the house. The deck and apartment are all yours! Other things to note Couple things: Direct ethernet connections available in both the bedroom and the living room. Fiber internet speeds 190 mbps download, 930 mbps upload. Please, no smoking inside or outside on the premises. My neighborhood is a residential neighborhood, and my neighbors are awesome. The only thing I ask is to keep conversations on the back deck to a low-ish level between 9pm and 10pm, and pretty much refrain from making much noise on the back deck after 10pm. Also, all the houses in this part of Seattle are about 100 years old. Noise (foot falls and muffled voices) can travel pretty easily in this house, which is why I prefer to keep have single guests, and charge more for extra guests.
