Guests are accommodated in two bedroom suites, both with super comfortable Queen beds. One has an ensuite, and the second an adjoining full bath and shower room. This room also houses the cupboard laundry with washer/dryer. Note some may find the bedrooms a little dark but they make for great sleeping! Individual downlights provide bedlamps in one suite and bedside lamps provide a romantic glow in the other (both suitable for reading in bed). All rooms are well heated. Luxury Belgian linen and rich cotton towelling is provided. The living room is equipped with a super large smart TV with NBN access and a flickering fire can be enjoyed at the flick of a switch. An outdoor dining suite extends the apartment into the garden. There is free on street parking. The overall apartment space is large and suitable for two couples with privacy for both or for anyone who craves extra space. The building which contains the apartment is architecturally significant and a fine example of the pre-WW2 period. It is located close to Launceston's vibrant CBD and main shopping area in the city's premier street. The Apartment is located on the lower floor of the house with access provided by one flight of external stairs. Caradi sits high on a ridge with stunning easterly views to the mountains, which are snow capped in winter. Guests will enjoy the nearby parks, cafes, fine restaurants, bars and shopping with the main retail shopping district and Launceston’s famous parks just 12-15 minutes walk away. Launceston is in the heart of the Tamar Valley Wine region .
