Head to the exciting Shuk Machane Yehuda - for nightlife or fun day life - just minutes away. Off the light rail line, but quiet. Everything you'll need is close by. CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED The apartment is in a separate private area in the Saidoff complex. You will have access to the pool, sauna, gym and parking spot. The apartment is one floor up with (shabbat) elevator. The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to Machane Yehuda, but still quiet. The building complex with all the flowers around the courtyard is like a little oasis in the busy city center. Additionally, the apartment building is separate from the tall Saidoff building so you don't need to interact with many people and there is a lot more privacy. In the previous months there was construction nearby, but they have finished and the area is quiet again. The whole apartment is available to use, as well as the pool, and sauna in the tall Saidoff building. The courtyard is a wonderful area to sit and relax and you can also overlook the courtyard from the balcony. We are available if you need anything but we are happy to give you your space and enjoy your trip. We both live close by so if needed we are only a phone call away. Machane Yehuda is an outdoor market in the center of the city that is over 100 years old. In the recent years it became a popular site for nightlife as well as one of the most visited sites in Jerusalem. There you can smell and taste fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods, etc and eat at one of the many restaurants in the area. Across the street (Agripas) is Nachlaot, a number of small communities from over 100 years ago that have come together with a lot of history and many interesting homes. The location is very diverse with new and old immigrants from all over the world and Jerusalemites that have been in the area for generations. Because of this, every day and every turn may lead you to a new experience. The Light Rail is very easy to use and is a minute walk from the apartment. There is also access to the buses just down the street. Taxis frequent the area or I can give you a phone number of a taxi company to pick you up. If you want to rent a car there are many options at the airport and you can park in the building parking lot. There is also a "Best" car rental right around the corner if you want something local. Please note that the pull out couch is 135 cm wide, about 53 inches. It is comfortable for 2 kids or one adult. 2 adults will NOT fit.
