Pleasant and fully equipped cottage, ideally located, on the edge of the village and the countryside: 5 minutes walk from the city center and about 10 minutes from the lake. The space Located on a 1000 m² wooded plot, it is composed of a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room and a bedroom area with two small beds, two bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people in each), and a bathroom. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace or the shade of the linden tree. Guest access The gîte is located on the edge of the town of Mauriac, just a 5-minute walk from the town center where all the shops and services are located (restaurants, bars, banks, post office, hospital...). The lake, golf course and aqua-recreational center are conveniently located about a 10-minute walk away, as are the indoor pool and tennis courts. In addition, many walks or long hikes can be done in the surroundings. Other things to note Linens are not provided (sheets, towels, tea towels...), but you will have a duvet, blanket, pillow and bolster.
