Ljubljana's terrace room for 4 people

The place is very bright, clean, with a spacious green terrace, ideal place for relaxing. The room has 2 bunk beds, the bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped new kitchen. It is 35 minutes walk by foot from the city center, about 10 minutes by bycicle and 3 minutes by car. The space The rooms are located in the first floor with very safe private entrance. The kitchen, bunk beds, shower and the terrace are brand new. The kitchen has gas stove, microwave, big new refrigerator and all the equipment you might use to prepare your own breakfast or supper. Guests might need to share the kitchen and bathroom with other guests of neighbour room, if there are any. Guest access Guests can access the big terrace with a garden furniture. Smokers are wellcome to smoke outside on that terrace as well people traveling with dogs can leave their pet outside the room in a very safe fenced spot just beside the house. During your stay We speak several languages (English, Spanish, Croatian, some Portuguese, German and some Italian) so we love to host people from all around the World. We will be available if hosts have any questions about anything. We live just 1 floor above the renting place. Other things to note There is a possibility to rent bikes.
