Da Alfonsina is surrounded by nature and offers a unique view. You will have an entire apartment with two large terraces where you can have lunch, private parking, TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue, mosquito nets. The sea is easily reached in a few minutes by car while the historic center is within walking distance. You will be welcomed by Igino and Alfonsina, Cilento farmers who are happy to host you and make you feel at home. The space *The house is ideal for 4/5 adults plus 2/3 children/teenagers* The apartment is completely surrounded by nature and has an extraordinary view of the sea that offers incredible sunsets every evening. You will find a large private parking lot, barbecue, and large terraces where you can eat. In the kitchen there will be oil, tomato sauce, lots of fruit and vegetables directly grown and prepared by Igino and Alfonsina. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed plus a double sofa bed and the second private bathroom. Huge kitchen/living room with sofa bed and terraces where you can have lunch and dinner with sunshades. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note *Breakfast: it is not intended as a B&B or hotel breakfast and will not be served every morning, but upon arrival you will find coffee, milk, yogurt and everything you need in the kitchen, including homemade Cilento products prepared directly by Alfonsina such as cakes, jams and tarts. *Air conditioning: there is no air conditioning on the main floor, but the apartment is ventilated and cool. Everyone has had a good time*. *Winter heating: not available from April to November. It is recommended to bring some warmer clothing in the mid-seasons. *Accommodation tax: For the municipality of Castellabate, the accommodation tax is mandatory and consists of 1 euro per person (excluding children and the elderly) for a maximum of 12 days.
