Our spacious vacation rental apartment in a classic NYC brownstone has a private entrance & is conveniently located a 2 min. walk from the 2/3 express subway putting all of NYC at your doorstep! Come home to your peaceful refuge in Harlem, a safe & authentic NYC neighborhood, after a busy day in the hustle/bustle of NYC. The fully-furnished apt. is on the 1st floor of our 2 family home. The apartment features a plush, luxury mattress in the bedroom & a luxury Italian sofa-bed in the living room. The space Live like a New Yorker and enjoy the comfort of a home away from home with up-to-date, clutter-free, stylish furnishings. The apartment bedding features on a Queen size bed with luxury Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top mattress in the bedroom & a luxury Italian sleeper sofa with 5.5" queen-size foam mattress in the living room. There is also plenty of closet space and abundant drawers to put away your things and make yourself at home! Guest access Guests have their own private apartment in a 2 family townhouse with their own private entrance at the street level. We live upstairs from the rental apartment so if there are any issues that can come up we can quickly resolve them. We are also easily reachable via phone or text for any questions or recommendations. Other things to note We have been renting our apartment as a vacation rental via another popular vacation rental website since July 2011 & are one of the top rated apartments not just in Harlem but in all of NYC. Why is renting our apartment different from most other short-term rentals in NYC? 1. We live on the property. While the apartment is a separate unit with a private entrance, we live upstairs. If you have any questions, concerns or issues, we can address it right away and most of the time, in person. 2. We love to travel and know what is important to our guests. We professionally clean our apartment between guests and personally set up the apartment prior to each guest's arrival to ensure everything is just as it should be for our guests comfort and convenience. 3. We provide all of our guests with an information packet with valuable neighborhood and NYC information and can readily assist with any requests.
