This nice souterrain holiday apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, only 3 km from Rottweil, the oldest city in the federal state Baden-Württemberg. The apartment has its own separate entrance and offers a beautiful garden with fruit trees, seat concept, fireplace and a hammock under the apple trees. An own parking space for your car is available. The space The property is ideal as a starting point for beautiful excursions, hikes, bike rides around the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb. The sauna and the cozy garden make the apartment an ideal retreat to escape the stressful everyday life and spend relaxed days. Netflix is also available at the property. Guest access Entire apartment with terrace and garden. Other things to note I myself live 10 minutes from the apartment. So if there are any problems, I can be there quickly, unless I'm at work :-)
