Lamp and modern linen.The lounge has a TV, a couch that can if arranged be set with Linen and pulled out when required the laundry shares with the Bathroom and the the street offers good parking. My manager lives only 340 metres away to offer oversight. We love meeting our guests and vet out trouble and have thus ensured proper use of our places East Geelong is a relaxed and quiet up Market part of Geelong. The Gardens and within view just 200 metres up the street. Eastern Beach is just beyond the gardens and an easy walk. Just 100 or so metres is the East Geelong Shops with Greg's East Fruitnd several excellent Cafes and a Post Office. Geelong's Main Hospital is about 12 Minutes walk along Myers Street, west Avalon Airport is 22 Minutes. Tullamarine Melbourne is about 80 minutes by the Gull Bus (shuttle) The Train to Melbourne is best accessed from South Geelong a few minutes drive or 15 Mins walk Guest access This is "entire" property let - that means you are not sharing however the Common areas ( the drive way and lawns) are everyone's. Note "Entire" means no other guests are staying (not a share house) not that you can choose to do as you wish - a booking made for 1 means 1 stayer Other things to note The Unit is one of several on the Block and it is important that "Community" is maintained by good social conduct and behaviours.
