In 15 minutes’ walk, there is Kiev-Pecherska Lavra, NATIONAL ART AND CULTURE MUSEUM COMPLEX “MYSTETSKYI ARSENAL”, Memorial of eternal glory and Mariyinsky Park. A calm walk up to Independence Square will take you about 40 minutes. The underground stations Arsenalna, Pecherska, Klovska are in a short distance as well as shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a parking in the closed yard. Guest access The flat is furnished and fully-equipped for comfortable accommodation: king-size bed with orthopedic matrasses, a sofa bed, air-conditioning, WI-FI, cable TV with extended number of TV channels, washing machine, iron, fan, etc – everything you feel yourself at home. The kitchen if also fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and devices (fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, electric kettle). Tea, coffee, sugar included as well as linens, towels, soap, shampoo, tissues and toilet paper. The studio is for 2 guests, but up to 4 can be accommodate. However, count the bed and sofa bed are in the same room. Cleaning before check-in is included and additional cleaning once a week after 7 days and more. Linen and towel change.
