Located on the top floor of a historic building, the bright apartment combines original features with modern comfort: wooden floors, stylish interiors, a fully equipped new kitchen, and two bathrooms. A true highlight is the private rooftop terrace with beautiful views. The fireplace adds a warm and cozy atmosphere – perfect for relaxed evenings. 🛌 Sleeping arrangements: Spacious master bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed (upstairs). Smaller bedroom on the upper floor, right next to the bathroom and shower – on the same level as the master bedroom. It features a 180 cm bed; to access the back side, you need to climb in from the front. Best suited for two children or one adult. Two adults can also sleep here but should be reasonably mobile. Storage space in this room is limited. 🛁 Bathrooms: One bathtub, one shower, and two toilets – convenient for multiple guests. 🎨 Atmosphere: The apartment is bright, tastefully decorated, and filled with art. This is our personal home where we live, with books, toys, and personal belongings throughout. It is not a standardized Airbnb unit, but a place with soul and individuality. Suitable for: Ideal for families with children, as well as for a romantic getaway. Please note: our own children are already 7 and 10 years old. If you require a baby cot or a high chair, please make sure to request it at the time of booking. 🚨 Important notes: This is our private home, not a professionally managed rental. Personal belongings are present and will not be removed. There is a church nearby, and the bells ring regularly, including early in the morning – this is part of old town life. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer a hotel-like environment, this may not be the right place for you. 🏡 Comfort: The apartment is accessible by elevator – no need to carry luggage upstairs.
