We offer a feel-good oasis ... safely protected from the rest of the world with a lot of space. Away from mass tourism. We only rent 2 double rooms with private bath. One a little smaller (no, not *tiny*), therefore the slightly lower price. Max. 4 people share the mansion with pool, patio, garden and shared kitchen in 2 double rooms. You'll have the lovingly renovated manor house to yourselves. In the quaint village of Biniamar with 2 restaurants. Here you can live like royalty. The space Unique: the location and the place. A quiet and extremely elegant and comfortable oasis in the middle of a centuries-old Mallorcan manor house. ALL FAR away from mass tourism and "Ballermann"! Here guests can still experience the *real* MALLORCA! Guest access Guests can expect: 1 double room with private bathroom The bathroom for this room is right next to the entrance door and is only available to the guests of this room! This room is a little smaller than the 2nd room. Hence the lower price. Great advantage for guests: You can use the large, well-equipped kitchen - for breakfast or a delicious home-cooked dinner...or.... Guests can then truly dine "like kings" in the large courtyard with the ancient fountain or in the garden under vines or on another terrace or at the magnificent table in the large DINING ROOM !!!! Truly a ROYAL TREAT! Towels and linens are of course included. Breakfast is not served. Guests make it themselves in the wonderful kitchen. Thanks for your understanding! In the house there is WiFi and a washing machine is available. The hosts: Lucia and Tomeu - true Mallorcans who have restored their house for years with a lot of love and taste.
