Perfect luxury getaway-hot tub-dog friendly

In the heart of the Blackdown Hills surrounded by deer, pheasants and National Trust Woodland, The Lookout is a luxurious, private annex set within the historic Woodhayne Farm. Located just a 10 minute walk from Honiton where you can find lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants. The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Perfect for guests who are looking for luxury accommodation with the comforts of home. The space The Lookout is a self contained private annex on the side of our 200 year old farmhouse. It has a large Kitchen equipped with a double oven, hob, bread maker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is spacious with a 43” TV with Freeview , a Nintendo Wii and a selection of board games and books. The large bedroom has a extremely comfortable super king bed, lots of built in storage and seating to enjoy a coffee in the morning, whilst taking in the view where you will often see deer and pheasant in the field in front of the house. The bathroom has a large shower with plenty of pressure and hot water for a great shower. The house benefits from central heating which can be adjusted to suit your requirements. There is a private, lit garden with a hot tub , BBQ , firepit and seating. You can often star spot at night and see a large array of wildlife. If you have any special requirements , say for a birthday or anniversary then i am more than happy to help. In fact I love making my guests stays that little bit special. If there is anything at all you need during your stay you can contact me at any time. Guest access Guests will need to park to the right of the annex. I would suggest driving past the driveway and reversing in. There is a private dog proof garden with a large table and deck chairs and plenty of grass lawn for you to enjoy along with a private hot tub. Dogs are welcome to be walked up and down the drive and in front of the house. Access to the fields in not permitted unless advised when checking in. Other things to note This is our family home and we have a 2 year old boy, 2 small dogs, 2 kittens and 3 horses. We want you to really enjoy your stay at our home.
