A house full of charm, where stone and wood mingle, in which you will feel at home. A refined and natural decoration that will appeal to most people. It was renovated in 2018, so you will enjoy a comfortable accommodation. It has 3 bedrooms, with queen size beds. One of them also has a mezzanine with a bed and an office area. Outside, a private swimming pool and a garden without overlooking neighbors will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation. The space A nice entrance will allow you to store your bikes if needed. The living room is located on the ground floor with a large open kitchen. You will have at your disposal a large kitchen countertop, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need to ensure your stay goes smoothly. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is air conditioning upstairs to provide you with cool and peaceful nights. In the living room, you will have a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system. New this year: a foosball table and a pool table have taken their place in the living room. Outside, a 3m by 5m swimming pool with a secure bar cover and bubble cover will delight swimmers. We have set up a pétanque court at the bottom of the garden. Sunbathing will allow you to relax, and a dining area on the terrace will allow you to share good meals with friends and family. Important reminder following your questions: The entire house is dedicated to you, and the pool is private in your garden. Parties are not allowed. We are counting on you to keep the premises quiet. Air conditioning is only in one bedroom upstairs to allow the sleeping area to be cooled. The ground floor stays cool and pleasant if you take care of the place (exterior blind open, shutters closed). The house is located next to an old distillery. It has not been in operation since 2022, except during the harvest period when they simply use it to drop off and send off the grapes. Outside this period, the place is completely quiet. So don't be surprised to see tanks from the garden. The advantage is that there are no houses directly opposite. We are in a wine region and invite you to discover the different grape varieties of the area. Other things to note We only provide sheets and towels upon request. Service is charged €15 by our service provider per bed for two people Pool maintenance To ensure clean and pleasant water for everyone, we ask our guests to collaborate in the maintenance of the pool during their stay. This simply involves running the cleaning robot and adding a chlorine tablet when we recommend it. These quick and easy steps help ensure optimal swimming for you and the next guests. Regarding the cleaning fee: The cleaning fee covers the time spent on routine maintenance of the accommodation between stays to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests. They cover surface cleaning and the general restoration of the accommodation. They do not correspond to a deep cleaning or scrubbing service. We therefore ask guests to leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness: dishes done and put away, garbage removed, excessively dirty surfaces cleaned, and the accommodation returned in a condition similar to that on arrival. In the event of significant soiling requiring exceptional cleaning (encrusted grease, very dirty floors, heavily soiled equipment, etc.), additional fees may be requested.
