'The Crib' on Legacy Vineyard

Set amongst the vines with a spectacular Central Otago backdrop 'The Crib' is a stand alone cottage overlooking our small boutique Legacy vineyard on the banks of the Clutha River. With direct access to the River track and easy access to the Lake Dunstan Cycle trail and Central Otago Rail Trail our accommodation makes for the perfect stop to rest and recover. Book in for a wine tasting while you are here in our historic stone tasting room which features our estate grown Rose and Pinot Noir. The space Stay, relax and enjoy all that Central Otago has to offer. Our compact stand alone studio unit offers tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge suitable for up to two guests. The vineyard setting is perfect for a quiet, late afternoon wine under the pear tree or a stroll around the property which leads directly to the Alexandra and Clyde River Track by the Clutha River. Guest access The property links directly onto the Alexandra and Clyde (Millennium) River track that runs next to the mighty Clutha. It's a short 10 minute stroll to the Alexandra township or a 1km drive and approximately 8km along the river track to historic Clyde. Other things to note Our property backs on to the Millennium Cycling track which is connected to the start of the Lake Dunstan Cycling Trial 8km away, 2km from the start of the Clutha Gold trial and 10km from the Central Otago Rail Trial. Please note that we do not have any cooking facilities other than tea and coffee making equipment, a toaster, microwave and fridge.
