Great for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. The space The apartment is particularly sunny, elegant and has very good access to East Balmain ferry which is a 7 minute walk away. It resembles a small hotel suite with the advantage of self catering and privacy. There is a lovely collection of artworks on the wall that add character and charm. The small bathroom provides a great rainfall style shower. There's plenty of free cupboard space to hang your clothes etc. The balcony is perfect to relax and read or enjoy a drink at dusk! The double bed has a firm Mattress with white cotton sheets, down doona and pillows. There's space for a car and for a visitor car. It is within walking distance to an excellent cafe, pub, restaurant and grocery shop. East Balmain is an exclusive pocket within Sydney and is a 20 minute ferry ride to the city, ten minutes to Barangaroo. Guest access The entire apartment is available including a sunny balcony looking out to the local harbour. From the front door there are no steps. From the carpark there are one flight of steps Other things to note I will provide the fridge with some fruit , milk, eggs, fresh sour dough bread, butter and naturally tea and coffee.
