Diving schools and a golf course are nearby. For sports enthusiasts,shark and scuba diving, ,snorkelling,cycling, kayaking,surfing ,sailing, hiking and beautiful coves for swimming and soaking up the sun, are on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, quaint shops and historic buildings and museums are in the area. Nearby in Glencairn is a newly built shopping centre with supermarket ,shops and restaurants. See the pristine coastlines where The African Sun melts into the shimmering turquoise oceans. The home has magnificent views overlooking False Bay and the surrounding mountains where whales and dolphins are often spotted.  The closest pristine cove is a 7 minute walk away. with turquoise water and very safe swimming. The house has an open plan lounge dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a fire place for chilly evenings. Two double bedrooms ensuite open through French doors onto a lush , private and sheltered patio and little garden with plunge pool, perfect for breakfast, relaxing with a book during the day, having a refreshing dip in the small plunge pool or sipping sundowners whilst overlooking the ocean . There is an extra bed and sleeper couch in the lounge should visitors want to stay over. The home is situated in a quiet, safe and friendly cul de sac overlooking the ocean. There is a picturesque train drive from Simonstown to Cape Town . a taxi service is also accessible. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
