The space The house is exclusively available to you : - Ground Floor (58m²) : living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven, micro wave, fridge, freezer), troglodyte room 28m² (access through a private patio) including an amazing shower, independent WC, and washing machine. - 1st Floor (30m²) : double bedroom with queen size bed, fire place, exposed beams, double exposure, shower room, WC and additional sofa bed. - 2nd Floor (25m²) : double bedroom with two single beds, exposed beams, mezzanine, double exposure, sink, WC. Restaurants and shops less than 5-10 minute's walk.
