Experience rural Thailand! This fully equipped pool villa is in the village of Ban Nong Yai, close to the fishing village of Pak Nam Pran. Khao Kolok beach is 1.5km from the villa and offers a beautiful beach with amazing rock formations. The space Experience 'real' Thailand! This well appointed villa (with private pool) is situated in the rural Thai village of Ban Nong Yai, which is 1.5km from the stunning Khao Kalok beach, with its beach road offering many restaurants (both Thai and Western cuisine), pubs, spas, massage options, kite surfing schools and colourful local Thai life. Ban Nong Yai also has its own Thai restaurant/pub which is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Here you will find locals (both Thai and Western) congregating. Ban Nong Yai is a 10-minute drive to Pranburi (where you will find a large Tesco's) and a 30-minute drive to the modern city of Hua Hin. This exceptionally spacious villa is fully air-conditioned, WiFi enabled and consists of: *3 large bedrooms (master en-suite and a family bathroom) – master equipped with King-size bed, 2nd bedroom with Queen-size bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 King singles *Lounge includes TV (with True Vision satellite service) and DVD player *Fully equipped Western style kitchen (includes fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob) *Dining facilities for 6 guests *Separate laundry (with additional toilet facilities) *Stunning pool (and outside shower) *Large and covered patio (equipped for al fresco dining, seating and loungers) *Carport (with automated gate) The villa offers a cleaning service, as well as garden/pool service once a week during your stay – these charges are included in your rental. Smoking is not allowed in the villa but you are welcome to smoke outside. There are 2 bicycles available for additional daily rental. Local taxis can be found in the village or you can rent motor bikes or cars on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Pick-up transfer from the airport to the villa can be arranged for your convenience. We can assist with bookings for additional services and/or outings. Electricity is charged extra at 5 baht per unit for the duration of your stay. The meter is read on arrival and again on departure – an invoice is generated which is payable in cash. As this is a self-catering villa, guests are required to provide all their own consumables. Should guests require a first basic shop to be done on their behalf, this can be arranged at a small fee. Should this service be required, please request a shopping list from us. Guests will find many natural attractions in this area, such as Sam Roi Yot National Park, forest, mangroves, caves and beautiful beaches. In addition, there are also many tourist attractions, such as wildlife and elephant sanctuaries, water parks and golf courses. The owners do not except liability for accidents or injury at the villa. Guest access This is a private villa which is fully walled with its own private pool and garden. The villa is situated within a development consisting of approximately 20 private homes. Other things to note Note: Electricity is payable extra for the duration of your stay - it is charged at a rate of ThB 5 per unit. A meter reading is taken on day of arrival and again on date of departure - payable in cash.
