Country house - heated pool and river!

Experience a rare and authentic getaway in our family home, nestled in the heart of the countryside. Without wifi, far from the superfluous, it invites you to disconnect and rediscover time. Intimate swimming pool and garden, fully private, reserved for one family per stay. Sun-drenched terraces, unspoiled nature, Loire villages to discover on foot or by bicycle: a simple, confidential and soothing luxury. Looking forward to hosting you in our beautiful home. The space Our accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets with large living spaces and a huge non-functional castle fireplace... The price indicated is per person and varies according to this number from 1 to 9... The garden is 2,000 m2 with many terraces to follow the shade or the sun throughout the day. The pool is 12 m by 4 m and 0.5 m to 1.70 m deep. It can be covered and heated. The river, the Dive, has its source on the other side of the garden and its access is secured by a fence. We have put our heart into this family home and hope you feel good about it. Wood and stone take on all their nobility in our interior. Guest access You have access to the swimming pool during the day (no light for night baths respecting the tranquility of the neighbors), the kitchen, the living room and the dining room, the garden while respecting the premises... We renovated this house in a spirit of authenticity... The thickness of the walls (1 m) will protect you against the strong heat of this region... We remind adults in charge of young children that our pool is between 0.50 m and 1.70 m deep. In addition, our bedroom windows are low and therefore it is dangerous to lean on them... Only the barbecue is allowed (charcoal not included). Indoor fireplaces are decorative only. The bamboo grove is being pruned, so we ask that you do not set foot in it, given the cuttings. Other things to note The presence of insects on our site is quite natural. Everyone has their place in biodiversity! A detector is in place in the kitchen for indoor hygiene. For children, access to the swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult, as well as access to the washhouse overlooking the river and the source of the Dive.
