House located on a large wooded lot with infinity pool and terrace, dominant view, private parking and garage possibility. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking the woods and a bathroom with private toilet. 1 bedroom with 160x190 bed. with WiFi, top fridge, kettle with tea, coffee... second bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a desk. the bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms with walk-in shower. The space pleasant village among the vineyards near Carcassonne (10kms) and Limoux (13kms). The village has a grocery store/bread depot. The accommodation is quietly located on the heights of Preixan on a large property with a view the bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms with walk-in shower, towel dryer and toilet. Linens are provided. (sheets, blankets and towels). The outdoor pool is located in the private area and is at your disposal depending on the season. Gourmet breakfast is included in the rental. Meals prepared with garden vegetables can be arranged if you let us know (with an extra charge). The large living room is at your disposal, TV lounge area. Other things to note We are located 15 minutes from our beautiful city of Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site, the Cathar castles are not far from us, 1.5 hours from the ski resorts of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean beaches 50 minutes away. Depending on the season you can pick mushrooms, go fishing, hunting, play bocce ball and go for walks.
