A modern newly built villa in 3 levels (180 s.m.) with a beautiful garden. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious basement full of light with a playroom and an extra king size bed. Overall the house can host 7 adults and 1 baby. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. Two balconies with a spectacular view and also a pergola, a playground and a small basketball court. Close to the airport, but still not far away from Athens. The space Modern furniture, quality constructions, cement floors, large interior openings, contact with nature. The house is family friendly as it offers all the essential equipment for the young guests of all ages (toys, books, crib, playground...). For the adults there several options for their entertainment within the house (basketball court, gym tool kit, TRX, TV, radio, books, magazines), whereas for the most active ones the beautiful mountain of Ymittos awaits them to explore it (8-10 min walk from the house). Guest access Access is available in all areas of the house, other than the warehouse. As far as the outdoors is concerned, there is access to a small basketball court, a pergola, a small playground and the parking area. Access to neighboring property is not allowed within the larger garden surrounding area. Other things to note On the outside of the garden area there is a dog named raki that belongs to the neighbors and is very friendly to the visitors. Raki moves freely both in our and the neighbours’ private garden. In all indoor areas smoking is prohibited. Parties and/or pre-wedding events are forbidden. Registration Details 00002159494
