The space Our B&B is located in the heart of the green Tuscan Maremma, near the SPA and golf resort of Saturnia and the natural waterfalls of the Mulino, with easy access to historic cities such as Rome, Florence, Siena and Perugia. We offer six 15-square-meter rooms, some of which can accommodate an extra bed, all with independent access. The rooms are furnished with custom-made furniture and travertine floors, equipped with a modern cooling-heating system for unique comfort. Each room has a minibar, LCD and satellite TV, intercom, safe, spacious wardrobe with mirror, desk and free internet connection. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers and a complete set of toiletries. Our two 50-square-meter suites offer an additional living room and a bathroom with a king-size tub. Daily housekeeping is guaranteed if the room is vacated by 11:00 a.m., with a change of sheets and towels every three days. We offer free covered parking and welcome your pets for a small fee. Valy and Maurizio take care of you from the moment you arrive, preparing a breakfast buffet every morning with homemade cakes, biscuits and jams, fruit juices, ricotta, honey, yogurt, corn flakes, bread and fresh fruit. Coffee, cappuccino and tea are served by us, using only fresh and genuine products. Children are welcome. The main road is just 50 meters from our B&B, with a minibus that leaves every two hours for the waterfalls and the thermal baths. A short distance away, the restaurant La Solina offers typical dishes of the area. Upon request, we offer transportation from the train station (Grosseto, Orbetello or Albinia) or from the nearest airport (Pisa-Rome). Guest access We give our guests the opportunity to take advantage of the surrounding garden and to stroll through an olive grove behind the hotel. In addition, from this year (2017), it is possible to use a kitchen. During your stay My wife Valy and I are at your disposal for most of your stay, offering advice on restaurants, places to visit and, if you wish, organizing excursions to places of interest in the area.
