Your 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom Villa Sunset is located in a holiday resort with other private villas and apartments in a guarded area. This South-Balaton rental is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the center of Balatonszárszó, making it a perfect location for families or groups of friends coming to enjoy Hungary’s biggest and most beloved natural water. Villa Sunset is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, providing much more space and privacy than a hotel. This vacation rental offers contemporary design and modern amenities and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The stunning grounds of your lakeside holiday property include a private pier deck, where you can dip into the lake or sunbathe while enjoying your favorite book. In the garden, there are sun-chairs, a table-tennis table, and a foosball table, to keep all generations entertained. You can prepare a nice summer meal on the open fireplace or make a barbecue dinner using the electric grill set. The villa is equipped with a 5-seat outdoor hot tub, steam shower cabin, a kayak for 3, and SUPs. There are also a few bicycles available at the villa. The terrace has a dining table seating 10 people comfortably and can be shaded by a full-size electric awning. Should you need cover on a windy or rainy day, the 50 m² indoor living room with huge glass doors, comfortable sofas, a big flat-screen TV, and the dining area with a table seating up to 10 is a great space to dine or hang out. For chilly evenings, you can keep your party warm with a fireplace, and heating is also installed throughout the building for autumn and winter months. The entire house comes with air-conditioning. Mosquitoes are kept outside with insect screens on all doors on the upper and lower levels. PLEASE NOTE: The private pier is only installed during the summer period (from mid-May to October) to comply with local legislation requirements.
